Our Bondi project was a much-anticipated transformation for a family who had long dreamed of a home that offered both luxury and everyday ease. With the addition of an entire new storey, a showstopping kosher kitchen, and generous spaces to entertain, we delivered exactly what our clients envisioned - a home that balances sophistication with functionality.
Carefully planned within budget, every detail was considered to elevate their lifestyle. The kitchen is anchored by striking Taj Mahal stone, while the bathrooms and bedrooms reflect the elegance of a five-star hotel. Thoughtfully curated furniture, an oversized custom dining table, and bespoke joinery ensure that each space feels refined yet highly liveable, with every item having its place.
The result is a home where family life and entertaining flow seamlessly, underpinned by a timeless aesthetic that feels both indulgent and welcoming. Our clients now enjoy the lifestyle they had imagined for years - and we are delighted to have brought that vision to life.

This Bondi residence was a deeply considered transformation for a family seeking a home that could support everyday living while also feeling beautifully elevated for entertaining. With the addition of a thoughtfully designed new storey, the project became an opportunity to create a sanctuary, expansive, functional, and unmistakably refined.
A Kitchen Designed for Connection
At the heart of the home sits a striking kitchen, anchored by luminous Taj Mahal stone and crafted with precision joinery. Designed as both a visual centrepiece and a highly practical space, the kitchen offers generous benchtops, integrated seating and seamless flow into the surrounding living and dining areas. It’s a setting made for connection, whether for relaxed family mornings or effortless gatherings with friends.
Entertaining with Ease
Throughout the home, entertaining was a key consideration. Oversized bespoke dining furniture was introduced to encourage shared moments, while custom joinery solutions maximise storage without interrupting the calm architectural lines of the interior.
Private Spaces with Hotel-Like Calm
The private spaces were approached with the same level of intention. Bedrooms and bathrooms were designed to evoke the quiet sophistication of a boutique hotel, serene, layered and restorative. Luxe finishes, tailored detailing, and artfully curated lighting enhance the everyday rituals of the home, bringing warmth and depth to each space.
Timeless Coastal Luxury
Furniture, fittings and finishes were selected or designed with care, balancing timeless elegance with the ease required for modern family life. A soft, tonal palette of muted neutrals, rich natural stone and tactile textures reflects Bondi’s coastal light while maintaining an understated sense of luxury.
