For making merry. And what better way than with my new favourite cocktail.
A recent discovery, courtesy of the Fanuli - Belle Interior Design Awards bash. I found it very easy to drink a lot of these, and if you have a similar passion for summery refreshment, I'm sure you will too.
Follow these simple steps.
Find a glass, pop a bunch of ice in there.
Add with gay abandon and you're own judgement... something along the lines of: a shot of vodka, a shot of limoncello and then top up the glass with cold ginger beer. (I suggest the non aloholic kind or this could be a short night)
Artfully place a rosemary sprig in the top and enjoy it poking you in the eye every time you take a sip.
